Plus, considering it funding for transit when so much of it is funding for highways? Not on, Harper. You want to fund Toronto transit, you give us money for LRT into and out of the core, you know, where all the people go each day and where the streets are completely clogged.

Exactly! Apparently, almost $700million is actually for the subway expansion, but aside from that there's nothing actually in Toronto. I'm not convinced that extending the subway to York Region is really going to convince people to not drive all the way downtown.
