Dude, you are too funny! LOL! Your descriptions are great.

Tell me you were happy with the ending of "False Fate" and I'll go read it. It totally sounds gut-wrenching but I think I'm up for it if I can get some reassurance. :P

Aside from the fact that Harry ends up with Ginny (not a fan of that pairing), the ending was perfect. The author wrote a badass final battle, too!

Go read it! I'll be here if you need a shoulder to cry on during the journey!

I read the first two chapters of that when it was first posted on CM last summer, went to the author's profile, and clicked the link to the Geocities page where she'd put the finished (though unbeta'd) story.

I spent from 11 PM until 6 AM devouring it. After finishing, I wrote an absurdly gushy email to MD in which I praised her and professed my newfound worship.

It's that good.

The story is just... There are no words really. When the H/Hr happened, I had to put it down, leave the room and walk around because I was so devastated and so affected by everything!

This is one of the best R/Hr fics ever written.
