So I was just on my way home from the mall after working a shift I picked up at GAP, and I'm driving behind this guy who is swerving because he is trying to use his cell phone and drive a manual at the same time. We entered the highway, and he was going fairly slow for that part of 85 so I got over to pull around him , and he starts to swerve over
