Today, I was attempting to go to the beach with my family, but we were diverted onto Wilmington because of a road closure. We were complaining and pissed off because there was absolutely no way we were going to be able to make it to the beach. We really regretted not getting an earlier start. Thank you, Tory. I wasn't as close to her as I would've been, had we continued our friendship in high school. It just is ironic that we became closer again in class at UGA.

But yes, I'll definitely call you soon, if just to talk randomly. I miss you. <3

I used to walk home with Alicia and her brother and sometimes her sister in elementary school. I worked with her boyfriend Nick for a while and Becky still did and was good friends with him. It's weird to think that they're just gone.

You were definitely much closer to her, so I know it must be harder for you. I'm sorry.

Thank you, Britty.. I don't know what to think, it's all so sudden, as accidental deaths always are. I was close to her but I can't think of how her poor family is doing.. Bryan and Jessica are really having a hard time.

I also worked with Nick at Panera briefly, I remember. So it's strange- two people I was familiar with separately were killed. It shows you that life can't be taken for granted, even a little.
