Was boarding for my 1st time yesterday. I just couldn't wait to get my season pass from work so I jumped on the bus with Bree (a housemate) and shelled out the fee for a days pass. Bree got me to the top of the 1st lift and I was on my own from there! I totally got the $99 value of my helmet within 5 minutes ( Read more... )

Banff is beautiful. everywhere you look - mountains. Theres deer and elk wandering the streets. It's been warm during the day but freezing at night. Theres been a good bit of snow too, but it's been melting here in town, Up at Sunshine village ski hill is a different story altogether, 1/2 the runs are ski-able now and the season starts on Nov 11th ( Read more... )
