There was a similar case in England a couple years ago...a guy washed up on the shore and had no idea who he was and no information. I believe it turned out he was faking the whole thing to get away from his wife/financial problems/whatever.

I'm guessing this gentleman isn't faking... or if he is... he's done a pretty fucking awesome job of faking amnesia for over 4 years....
