Holy crap. I did the henna. It felt really nice - it was so smooth, not at all gritty or lumpy like it was when I did it all those years ago.  But it is very VERY bright. I think I will like it once it's calmed down (henna darkens over a couple of days after application) and once I get used to it. But um.. yes. Eep.

Yes, the old ginger dye just kept fading out really fast.

I couldn't wait till tomorrow, I had to have a look. Wow! I think I like it, it's most definitely more interesting than before and more lively and therefore more you. I will be needing a daylight pic too, obv :)

I still don't know... it looks awfully bright this morning. I won't be able to hide and be invisible with this hair.

Daylight pics will come. Also I need to wait for it to finish oxidising and see how it changes.

Wow, that's a huge change! I think it looks great, but as you say, you won't be able to tell the final colour for a little while.
