My friend Tomoko was hanging out with this guy who was apparently trying to make moves on her, which she deflected with her usual style. To get back at him, she stole this board and a bunch of his expensive Japanese paint markers and went to town. :) Now that's enterprising

She stole my idea! I wanted your octopus in a rectangle on my lower back or shoulder. I love that drawing especially, and I can't quite decide why.

As for the black white and red, I'd say put something in that top left corner. Something red to keep that continuous invisible line of birds you have going there.

You're right (of course), the Jenn pic does need something, though I'm not sure what. As was mentioned above, top left corner? I can kinda see some kind of background, black shadows or some kind of sylized black line(s) running behind. This is incoherent, I know, but a suggestion nonethless.

Like everyone else, I love the nest necklace. Make a bunch more. Sell them!

Oh. The Weather. Grrrr. Yesterday I shoveled nearly a foot of snow off the balcony! On April 7th!! Last night and this morning it snowed some more. I think/hope this is the last gasp of winter. If not, I'm complaining to somebody!
