From a strictly mathematical viewpoint it goes like this:  What Makes 100%? What does it mean to give MORE than 100%? Ever wonder about those people who say they are giving more than 100%? We have all seen those achieving 103%.  What makes up 100% in life?  Here's a little mathematical formula that might help you answer these questions:

yep, i agree with that. yesterday the MDs were showing me the prototype of our brochure, which has been in the making for like 6 months. inside it said "holistic approach", and there's nothing wrong with the word holistic, but it doesn't fit into what we do. i said so, and MD2's answer was something along the lines of "well i've shown it to plenty of people higher up than you and they loved it", and although i said "sometimes kim you miss the ball by a long shot" what i should've said was "yes, if you kiss their arses i'm sure your status will go up".
