yeah, if we ever go back I'd like to explore the area a bit more. the mountains in the background were calling to me, lol. As far as the Grand Canyon goes, I'm now the proud owner of a tiny hunk (was falling out) of a quartz ribbon that was running perpendicular through the rock. It has mica chips all over it. *squee*
