so today was my last day with the children
they made us (and when I say "they" I mean it... the children cut all the vegetables, set the table, etc.) a traditional Danish lunch

Also, Christmas in Copenhagen is amazing. We had a big "Jule" night the other night.... we made sugar cookies, had hot apple cider, decorated our juletrae, and lit tons of candles .... excellent
