When I went to University of Pittsburgh we used to have the hugest problem with that school. I didn't really know why or care because I was never one to get involved in rivals and stuff but I eventually got caught up in it. So Booooo to UPenn

wow. aren't those two schools quite far apart though. ah well, it all boils down to elitism. there also tends to be a rivalry between temple university kids and penn kids.

I think it was because Penn being like the head school of Pennsylvania other schools felt it had to beat it to become the major school in the state. It'll never happen but schools still try.

it's an excellent school. i think it has the number 1 business school in the country, which is WHARTON. i know someone who will attend that school.

awww.. too bad i'm going into engineering :p.. i checked what they rated for that, but it's only about nineteenth.. i'm better off going to georgia tech. they're fifth, and i won't have to pay out of state tuition. much cheaper :).
