I hope that we do not use these tests, as bad as they are, to put even harsher restrictions on the North Koreans. You know who will suffer: The oredinary people. They've had 100,000's of people starve there in the last few years. The rich leaders with their Mercedes and harems of Japanese women won't even notice the sanctions.
