I'll be in Florida this weekend, again. But I had thoughts and I had the time to post:

Regarding the changing of female actors on White Collar... BOO!!!!

I really liked Marsha Thomason's Diana, she was sorta awesome. I really don't like the new girl, but everyone thinks she's great. I think that's just residual love from The Middleman. I don't get the ABC!Family channel, so I've never seen the show.

The cynical part of me thinks that they got rid of Diana because the character was gay and they needed a female to flirt with Neal. Now, in the words of OLTL's gay doctor, Kyle Lewis: "My people flirt, too." Neal & Diana could have bantered... and it would have been delightful! T.V. really needs to stop hiding its gays, especially their lesbians.

Question: Have you ever hated a particular character so much that you couldn't watch the show they were on?

Examples: Even though The O.C. had all the components of a show I'd love (i.e. Ryan/Seth, Lady Heather from CSI, & bright colors) I could not stand Mischa Barton's Marissa Cooper, I had blackouts from the rage she induced. I watched the third season (she was dead) and I ADORED it!!!! I'll be buying the third season when I have the money.

My friend, Amber, hates the character of Tess (from Roswell) so much that she can't watch anything the actress is on anymore. I LOVED Emilie de Ravin's Tess and my personal canon is vastly different from the show's because of that love (SHE NEVER DIED, IT WAS ALL LIES!!!!).

P.S. I miss Mutant X, that show was one where I actively loved all the characters; I didn't like the bad guy, but you're not supposed to. That's another series I'll be getting, except the last season [which sucked out loud]. Boo on Brennan/Shalimar and new girl that tried to replace Emma!

Good Night!
