Diet/Excersise....VEGGIE DAY

Ok so let me explain the Veggie Day thing; I'm trying to eat less meat...my goal is to eat meat like 3 days out of the week...3 days where I can have meat (preferably chicken/Turkey/Fish). I've been on a meal plan similar to this but it was lots of fruit and fish. I wanted to cut out meat all together, but that didn't last so I added chicken. I was trying to think of some healthy foods that weren't fattening but make me feel full. Know of any??
