My report cards at school did tend to look something like this, with the exception of PE in which i used to get the equivalent of Bs for effort and Ds for ability. I really am a braggart.

Brief summary of the HERA (Herceptin Adjuvant) trial results

Appended to the bottom of a notice from our building manager about keeping the coffee stations tidy:
