Okita's mask reminds me of something...

Erm... I broke it up a bit, but I'm not sure if that makes it any easier to read. It's possible that it's become a bit longer because of that: I'm sorry.

Name: Apathy, J------
Age: It changes every year.

Describe your personality positively in seven words: Idealistic, creative, 'my-pace' (can also be seen negatively), hardworking, reliable, honest, conscientious, open-minded. (... I hope. I'm not that confident about describing myself, to be honest).

Describe your personality negatively in seven words: Stubborn, can be negative, self-centered, low self-esteem, socially awkward (I feel uncomfortable talking about myself, and the like), anxious, a procrastinator, someone who can get annoyed over trivial things

Do you have any talents or special skills? ... ... ._.;

What do you do on your freetime, if you do have freetime? Write, read, draw, read manga, watch anime, wander around on the Internet/LiveJournal, try to learn Japanese

What annoys you? Lack of acceptance towards difference/diversity, bigoted thinking. And my OCD.

What is important to you, in your life? Simplicity, learning from your experiences. Keeping to my ideals and what I consider 'myself' is also important to me.

How would your dream lifestyle be? One where I can live on my own terms, and be able to continue doing what I like.

Do you have a goal in life? If so, what is it? I'd like to write. ._. Preferably a book, although I really don't know how long that's going to take. Doing something meaningful for others would be nice, too, but I'm not sure how I'd do that.

What are your thoughts on yaoi love? I have to say that my favourite pairings tend to be shounen-ai ones. If we're speaking specifically, 'yaoi' is too explicit for me, but using it as an umbrella term I think it's just as viable as any type of love. =3.

Love in any form is important, I think. Not necessarily just romantic love: love for friends and family, plain compassion and empathy for others, and even just being so into something that you feel you 'love' it. Personally, I don't want to be in a romantic relationship of any sort (ever, if possible), but it doesn't mean I don't 'believe' in love or think that it's a great thing.

... I rambled. I'm sorry. ._.

What do you think of the Amantos? They're not all bad, I think. At the same time, there are some of them who really do seem to justify the ideals of the Joui movement...

Which Gintama characters do you like and why? Ah... quite a lot. ; Not necessarily in any particular order:

1) Zura~ Both sides of him: on the one hand, he's a very devoted Joui leader who has high ideals and who truly believes for what he's fighting in, and on the other hand, he's an utter crackpot. I like that he can keep both sides of himself in tandem. Oh, and Elizabeth, of course~

2) Gintoki. A really unconventional main character (especially for JUMP). I admire him for his insistence to live life 'his own way', and what he does to protect his values, and I like the 'family unit' aspect of the Yorozuya that he fits into. At the same time, he's also an utter crackpot. ... Well, I suppose it's Gintama.

3) Takasugi. He's complex but simple at the same time, in a way. Despite the fact that it involves razing Edo (pretty much), I do think I see where he's coming from. He also seems to have a bit of a loneliness issue himself, despite what he told Katsura (and despite his being able to pick up on the same thing in Itou).

I also like Bansai (his Tsunpo side and his hitokiri side... and his Takasugi-loyalty), Sakamoto ('AHAHAHA!'), and poor neglected Itou.

What is your favorite recurring joke? 'Zura ja nai, Katsura da!' Yamazaki and his badminton. The time machine (even though I think that only appeared in episode 3?). The bizarre (sometimes very long) titles. Elizabeth's true identity. EDIT: How did I forget the Justaways, 3-Z, and the NEO ARMSTRONG CYCLONE JET ARMSTRONG (I can't remember it) Cannon?

Find something special about you, and tell us about it. It can be a weird thing that happened to you, a strange habit, anything. ... I don't think there's anything particularly special about me, to be honest. I always talk to inanimate objects?

You can post a picture or two here, but please, no cosplay: Erm... I look like Jun Ushiro from Bokurano. (Almost exactly, which is frightening). Other than that, I'm not that fond of having pictures taken of me- much to my family's chagrin.

... That turned out longer than expected. Apologies that you had to put up with me for the duration. ._.; In any case, looking forward to finding out who I am~ I'll try to help with the voting, in the meantime.
