teachers who purposely put you in groups with unmotivated peers as a teacher in training, i will say that there's a legitimate reason we do that, and it's not to make your life difficult! :o
As a former elementary student, I'd say it would've been better if my teacher had never told me he was purposely putting me in groups with unmotivated peers. I always thought he was being random and I was just being unlucky. o__O
Well then sensei in training, best of luck in your career! ^^ Please accept this time bomb as a token of my kindness! XD
as ridiculous as it sounds, you can usually take it as a compliment when teachers constantly pair you with unmotivated peers. it means they hope you rub off on them, haha. but i know that usually isn't the case - you just get all the work lumped on you. believe me, i know, i've been there. at any rate, i'll try to always explain the situation to the smart kids beforehand, and see if they're cool with it. and i'll make sure i don't pair them with unmotivated peers constantly. :D
