Crazy life update. Ok. So Mom update. She had her surgery then came home. Got to have one full day home then back to the hospital. Fluid had built up again in her stomach and lungs. The lower incision area had started to get infected and just fun for all. She got to come back home this past Tuesday. And Wednesday she starts her first round ( Read more... ) -
Mom update
Mom is home. The doctors want her to heal up before doing any treatments. They also let us know what kind of cancer mom has. Uterine Carcinosarcoma. It's a rare and aggressive cancer. Next Wednesday we all go to talk to the doctors about mom and ask any question we have. One good thing is mom is joking about stuff. She said she was too ( Read more... ) -
Mom update!
My sister Merry just told me mom is looking much better. She is able to move around now. If she keeps this up she can have jello tomorrow! (I'm sure she rolled her eyes at that.) We will head down in the morning so mom and Aden can have time together. I know that will be good for both of them. -

Looks like today they are going to see how well Mom can sit up on the bed. If she does good then tomorrow they will try getting her to the chair. So far they are very happy with how well she is doing. -
Update again again
Mom was moved to a room. She was in a little bit of pain so they gave her some pain meds to help her sleep. Dad is staying down there and a good friend of the family will be down to stay with Dad for 2 days. We will be heading back down Saturday and staying the night to visit as much as possible.
