Hey! Thanks you :D The job's even more than we thought it was, she's the only A&R Assistant to the three managers. She got called by the president of Polydor today to listen to some bands they're thinking of signing. AND they're expecting her to go find new bands for them to sign. I think they love the fact she's sooo young and has a fresh 'eye/ear'. It's pretty heavy. Exciting, but exhausting. Her social life (and poor Tom) are suffering. Tonight she said she could go work for Decaydance in a couple of years..? And that's not impossible. lol
