In case you're the sort of person that likes to skip to the end of a mystery book, this story ends with 8 EMT's, an ambulance, and a firetruck.

There has a been a blood drive at the lab the past two days, and I decided I would give today. I'm type O, so I sort of feel obliged to. In the past, this has not gone well. ( Read more... )

Yikes! Holy crap.

I'm glad you're ok, but I'm also sad that all your blood was taken out. Will you promise that when you come back as a vampire you'll give me ample warning before biting me?

Okay, the thing about vampires - live forever, dress stylishly, have lots of sex. I see no downside here.

Oh sure, I'm not saying don't bit me. I'm saying, give me ample warning so I can wrack up some major credit card debt, and buy some better blinds. :)

Food for thought: vampires are dead. They have no heartbeat. Ergo, no blood flows.

Blood is necessary to maintain an erection.

I bet Dracula had some pretty awkward nights.
