A Dutch Oven is a big, heavy pot, usually made of cast iron, that is used for cooking, generally for things that need to cook for a long time at a fairly low temperature, like stews, or a roast.

Dunno why giving one is a bad thing.

A Dutch oven is a fart chamber created by pulling a blanket over someone's head and farting. Which would be why it is negative. :)
