"I know I didn't get to catch up w/nearly everyone I wanted. Even the time with those I did was too short."

Me too! I felt like every time I turned around there was someone else to hug and not enough time for a true blue catch up. I can't wait for the slower pace of the Schmooze to really hang out. But it was great to see you and I'm glad we got to sit together at dinner on Friday. :-)

I feel the same way about the workshops, Val ... I always want to go to more than one. In fact, I had to miss Melissa's NF talk on Sunday and was glad for your comments about it.

Me too about everything...Allyn and Marlee were fabulous- together. Their converstation and talk (not speech) was straight from the heart. I too had to miss Melissa's workshop. I was so torn at which ones to choose. There are so many quality offerings at our conference. We New Englanders are sooooo lucky. And my friends....we are soooo lucky!
Life is good with children's authors...we are so lucky!
And there's the refrain for my next PB!
My roommate was pretty fabulous too. See you soon.
