This is, indeed, the first time I've received a fic from the auction. And I'll admit I've been a tiny bit jealous in the past! :-D The first auction took place just a few weeks after I was laid off, so bidding has never been an option for me. Yamx generously offered to let me issue a challenge a few days ago, which was stunning enough, believe me! But to get an email notice of your LJ update and find that I was mentioned just blew me away. Thank you!
