That was a beautiful piece of writting! you are evidently very proud to be Australian and i think that is great! I really agree with everything that you have written, i especially love "you don't have to be a millionaire to enjoy the great outdoors". I went to the gym on the weekend and saw that all 15 of the treadmills were in use. I thought to myself can't people walk anywhere else? they would rather spend $15 to do it in a gym! hehehe!! i think that we take the beauty of the Australian landscape for granted and don't really apprecaite what we've got until it's gone. Let's just hope that it doesn't come to that with the Australian landscape :)
