What an exciting time of year!

So spring break has virtually ended, which means that we seniors are graduating in a mere two months time, not even that! How wonderful will it be to hold our diplomas, our get out of jail free tickets! No more stupid rules and regulations, but also no more of some of the greatest people I've ever known. Dartmouth Harvard Doesn't matter.

If you are leaning toward Dartmouth, then go there..

I would say stay on the waiting list for Harvard, but go ahead and accept Dartmouth.

Staying on the waiting list will not hurt you at all. Why not just stay on the list and see what happens- atleast you'll benefit from knowing yes or no. If you just take yourself off the waiting list, you'll never get the opportunity to know whether or not you were accepted. Personally, that desire to know will get me later on in life.

And you're not losing anything by staying on the waiting list- so why take yourself off?

Well, that is my opinion. Do as you wish. Sorry if it's no help.

Moon, your opinion does mean a lot, and you present a very good argument. I guess I'm just wondering whether I really would want to go to Harvard anyway, you know? That's what it will really boil down to, I think. But I really do appreciate your thoughts, and I need to hear both sides. So, thank you very much!
