Sounds like you're loving school - if that's what I mean to say. I really like how Dartmouth does the 3 classes at a time. It seems like it allows you to focus more on each individual class instead of going insane trying to keep up with every single detail in 5 classes, etc ( ... )

Yeah, I really am loving school. Dartmouth isn't even a university nominally--it retains the name "Dartmouth College" in order to emphasize its commitment to undergraduate education, and it's really cool. My professors are very approachable, and I'm hoping to start doing some chemistry research next term. It's pretty exciting, and I'm seriously loving 3 classes at a time, though the 2007 part of 2006-2007 will be intense. We have three classes for three months, and then three more classes for the next three months, but it will definitely all be fun. I'm sorry you don't like college life--hopefully as you advance in your studies you will feel better about what you're studying and where life is taking you, intellectually and literally. Take some cool math classes next year or even next semester! It might open your mind to totally different ways of thinking ( ... )
