That's so frustrating! I'm glad you aren't "accepting the help" and showing that you can do all of this on your own. Are you planning on leaving once you make it to November? Will you apply other places before you leave McDonald's?

It sounds like you are a hard dedicated worker and if she can't see that maybe it is time for a new job? Or do you really love it there?

Also, does she have a manager higher up than her that you could talk to?
