I thought I was going to get to make a nice post about the gala (where I had a wonderful time though I feel very bad at not getting to really talk to or thank our host) but now...strangers in the dorm? Posts about zombies? How awful is that? Zombies creep me out a bit. I know once the soul goes on to its next incarnation, the shell it leaves behind

The zombie thing.. is a concern for me. I'm trying.. not to be grossed out by it but I've never run acrossed one before.. and reanimating a body.. just seems wrong somehow.

As for recent events. Are there not stories of destruction leading to creation? Of battles even amongst the gods? This is certainly child's play in comparison. Things will pass.

In the meantime, do what you can. We are what we are- maybe less than we'd like to be. But it'd be silly for me to compare myself to great geniuses or saints. I'm just me. But I can be me. As much as I can.

This is a very interesting way of looking at things. I can't disagree. One of my patron goddesses is certainly both destruction and life. Kali might approve of some of the things happening her. Maybe I need to channel her a little more.
