The new girl just felt guilty for hitting me, and helped me limp back to my room. That was it.

Kalinka's making it sound like a lot more than what it was. I didn't get "beat completely senseless" like she was saying, just took one good solid shot to my side. And we didn't "leave in each other's arms" as if it were some loving embrace. I just had a little help getting back to my room, and that's all.
Don't be worried; you're still my one and only. But if you don't believe me, there was a crowd full of witnesses there that you could find out from. I think after seeing my bitchy side earlier in the week, more are worried about me getting pissed off and killing the girl once I get better than falling in love with her, but either way, you know how gossip is.
