A couple came into the scrapbook store today with their little daughter, Isabella. The husband was speaking to her in French and the wife, in English. It amazes me what little children are capable of understanding. Isabella can't even speak yet but she can understand 2 languages. My family went tandem biking around the sea wall yesterday and I took a bit of a tumble. My mom and I were on the same bike, with her driving, and suddenly I felt like my balance was being thrown off. "My seat feels kind of funny," I said.
