Therapy is amazing if you can find the right therapist. Serious intense exercise helps. Maybe meditate before you go to bed to ease into your sub-conscious (this backfires on me sometimes and I can't sleep because I go to bad places in the meditation but it can be really good.) Valerian is a great herbal calm-down. I've taken it before bed and had dreams that would be nightmares but somehow I can work it all out its incredible. Don't take Lariam ever because it will make your mind bad. Finally remember that you still have permission to wake me up in the middle of the night. If I don't wake up I promise to call you the next day so we can talk about it.
