this is one of the saddest things that I've ever read

and I don't even know how to say how much it hurts
because Apollo 13 mission is a thing that keeps itself close to my heart
all my love for space and people trying to discover it
all my love for all these brilliant things we already know and what still remains unknown

I promised myself I won't ever read death!fics bc I'm an emotional wreck after that
but then I saw the description, and I was rewatching Danny Boyle's 'Sunshine' not so long ago, so I just couldn't not to read it and then
then I read it and it's beautiful and I close my eyes and see it, and it's the best and the worst thing at the same time
he told him everything about the stars in the end, and the whole universe became their home

one little flaw here:
