I understand that this may be a really stupid question to ask, because maybe ALL of us are looking for this. But is there a job waiting tables somewhere in the DFW area, where I have the potential to make a lot of money? Here is what I'm looking for

did you ever try sherlocks? they wanted to hire me when i went in there but i really didnt want to get tabc licensed...

Yeah, they were going to hire me until I told them I didn't have one of those. That was a year or more ago though, I may go for it if they're hiring.

if you ever want to work anywhere where you will make money you'll need to get TABC certification. because alcohol=bigger bills=bigger tips=more money...but to serve alcohol most of the time you need one. although, landry's corporation restaurants do'nt require servers to be TABC certified. (saltgrass, joes, landrys) but that policy will change since it's kind of stupid not to have servers certified anyhow. you should look at the restaurants by 6 flags and stuff. i hear they make fuck tons as well as platinum clubs at ballpark and american airline center. but, get TABC certified, it's a pain in the ass but the 25 bucks will make it worth it and you can sit at the computer for 4 hours with an excuse while you do it!

you can totally do an online course to get certified! it takes like four hours...kind of ilke defensive driving or something...

i don't know how it is there, but IHOP hired me to only work Fri, Sat, Sunday mornings, and were really flexible and cool. You can make money if you turn tables quickly.
