I approve of all your choices except the last one, which is a movie I have never heard of. Pitch Perfect is awesome sauce. Also, Jesse started out his career as an even bigger nerd: http://www.mangojuiced.com/2012/10/25/entertainment/love-skylar-astin/

I've actually seen Hamlet 2 some years back, and now I want to rewatch it because I have bad facial recognition with actors, i.e., while watching August Rush, I thought the kid was the kid in Reel Steel and/or Super 8, which wasn't possible unless he could time travel and grow up (or down) depending on the role.

I've heard of August Rush once and then recently. Seems to be a big hit with musical nerds so I had to look it up. I like fairy tales with happy endings, just not this one.

I'm intrigued by Spring Awakening, as half the cast of Glee (I know, I know) seems to have been part of the cast.
