What's My Diagnonsense?

The Basics
Name: Bridget Van Zandt
Age: 20
Gender: Female
Location: Northeastern Ohio
Your Weaknesses: Expensive clothing, good food, good looking men, sweet-talking men, my own vanity
Your Strengths: I am intelligent and fairly creative. I’m good to talk to if you have demons eating at your psyche, also.
Your Talents: I have this strange knack for figuring out who did the score for a movie just as long as they’re fairly well-known and have a distinct sound like Tom Tykwer or Graeme Revell. I used to compete in ballet and I was a really awesome ballerina. I’ve been in my share of local plays, too. I love the stage.

Favorites
What color matches your personality? Why? All shades of pink. I can be fragile and feminine like baby pink or completely in-your-face like magenta. I guess I’m mostly baby pink, though.
What place(s) do you like to spend time in the best? Why? I like the office this computer in. It’s quiet and there are all sorts of gadgets (re: camera, scanner, treadmill) that I can busy myself with.
Other than Girl, Interrupted, what is/are your favorite movie(s)? Why? A Beautiful Mind was a wonderful movie mostly because of the stellar acting but also because it made people understand that the mentally ill can in fact be very normal and capable beings and not just be a ‘lunatic’. I also adored In America again for the awesome acting but also because of the sad storyline. When I want an adrenaline pick-me-up I watch Run Lola Run because it’s sexy, clever, and FAST.
What is/are your favorite book(s)? Why? House of Leaves by Mark Z. Danielewski is my favorite fictional book. It has the right combination of drama, mystery, unsettling bits, and SEX.
If you could only watch one television show for the rest of your life what would it be? It would probably be Roswell assuming that I would be watching new episodes every day. If not, I’d rather watch something like The OC or something from the Law & Order franchise.
What is your favorite thing to eat? Food is sort of my enemy, but I do indulge now and then in a looooovely yuuuuuuummy dish of crème brulee.

Girl Interrupted Related
Which character (no matter how obscure) would you like to be your best friend? Why? I’d like to befriend either Janet or Daisy. Janet would make a good friend because she doesn’t bullshit people and the two of us could empathize and chat about our eating disorders. Daisy seems to like to talk. And brag. I have the bad habit of befriending people like that. The ones who are all about themselves… It usually turns out to be a worthwhile friendship, though.
Which character (no matter how obscure) would probably be your enemy or rival? Why? Janet could easily become my enemy as I am very competitive and jealous of those who have the self-discipline to be extremely thin.
Imagine that you’ve been sent to Claymoore. What would be the hardest thing to adjust to? I’ve been hospitalized a few times. What I have trouble adjusting to every time I go there is the food. It’s all processed crap stuffed with preservatives served with a pint of chocolate milk or this really gross strange orange drink.
If you have any personality quirks or even mental illness(es) that you don't mind sharing, tell us about them! I’ve been diagnosed as having bipolar 1 disorder and social anxiety. Awhile ago I want gaunt, all skin and bones at 87lbs, and I was diagnosed as being anorexic. Now I binge eat, purge, starve… Making me ED-NOS (eating disorder - not otherwise specified). I sometimes hallucinate in stressful situations and to top it all off I am eccentric. Rock on.
