Lucid dreaming comes to me easily. Your whole journal and aura seems like a dream. It does not surprise me that you would have a lucid dream.

When I was a little girl about 3 or 4, I had an out of body experience. I was watched the ceiling fan spin around and around until I flew out of my body. I looked back and saw myself lying on the sofa. I saw a gold light on my back that I thought was my wings. I flew all around my house, I waved at my mother in the kitchen, but she could not see me. Then I felt myself being sucked back into my body. Like a vacuum pulling at me. It was really fun and it was so strange that I still remember it to this day. I never really knew about out of body experiences until someone told me about them. All of a sudden my experience made sense to me. It was one of the most fun experiences that I have ever had. Lucid dreaming can be a lot like that.

Thank you and you are very welcome. ^_^

Oh, that is such a neat dream you had, though! I am sorry it was a nightmare in the beginning. It really is a powerful feeling when you realize that you can control what happens in a dream! I think Lucid dreams can be just as fun as an out of body experiences, but in a different way. You can go anywhere in a lucid dream, but with an out of body experience you are sort of limited. I had a lucid dream that I parachuted into this forest in a white victorian looking dress with a pin ribbon around my waist. Then, I was pointing to icicle christmas lights on houses and turning them different colors.

I think that lucid dreaming is somehow linked to out of body experiences. So, you never know, you might have one! I do not really know exactly how my out of body experience happened. I was so young that it is hard to say, but I think I some how hyptnotized myself into having one by watching the ceiling fan and by listening to the sound the ceiling fan made. An out of body experience can also ( ... )
