DW: The Girl Who Waited
I have to say "The Girl Who Waited" is a silly name for this episode. If anything, this is the opposite of the Girl Who Waited. This is the girl trapped in prison who became a baddass fighter and techno-awesome instead of wasting away and dying.
It wasn't about waiting (since she was trying to escape), it was about living.
All season (and some of last season), I kept wishing for awesome!Amy to reappear. The Amy that rescued a space whale, the Amy that took on daleks in WWII.
Here she is! And she was awesome! And wanted to LIVE AND HAVE ADVENTURES WITH HER SONIC PROBE.
