I just love when people use the excuse that they have a baby now and their pet doesn't "get along" with the baby. Okay, let's think about this for a moment through their eyes, shall we

That is as annoying as those people on craigslist who, for some reason, are always having to move and, "regrettably," cannot bring their pets. I don't understand who could possibly get a pet and not consider the fact that, I don't know, maybe someday they might have to move and... BRING their pet? That is just part of the many responsibilities of pet ownership -- some apartments don't allow cats and, depending on where one lives, most apartments don't allow dogs (especially if they are bigger than 25 pounds). If a person's life is so unstable that they cannot afford to be picky about where they move, they really are not in the position to even have a pet. At the same time, what has gone wrong in this person's life that they don't have someone who would be able to house the pet temporarily while they got their lives straightened out? The people who post crap like that always sort of sound like this is, like, a common or normal occurrence that is just totally casual... "Love dog, but new place doesn't allow them" -- then don't move
