high speed in the dungeon

my high speed has been installed. everything seems to be fine except my yahoo messenger hates me. is anyone else having a problem with it today or is it just me?

also, what are the rest of you who have high speed connecting at? on dial up i connected at 45.5 kbps and now i connect at 100 mbps.

i stopped using yahoo messenger because it always froze up or took forever to start up or slowed everything down.

i never use aim. i don't even know if i still have it installed. you used to have yahoo fairly recently didn't you?

i still don't think it's moving as fast as yours does but we'll see next time we talk. i feel like the computer is lying to me about the speed but then again we both know how impatient i am.

Congrats on your high speed!! Don't you just luv it!! I so couldn't live with out it... no cable tv totally find... no high speed me sitting in a corner crying!!

i do love it but i don't think it's really moving as fast as it says it is. it's definitely faster than dial up though so whatever.

my start menu has a "connect to" link on it ... when i click that it brings me to "show all connections" then i click the LAN properties link. could be hiding somewhere else on your puter though i imagine.
