I recommend the reply, "Bitch please!" followed by the obligatory snapping of the fingers in the 'Z' pattern. This gesture was made popular in the mid to late 90's. Now is a good time for a comeback!

I would recommend the chain wrapped around the knuckles for giving some good ass beatings. I dont really know when it was popular, maybe a chained fist is always fashionable?

i do think a chained fist is always fashionable. i can't think of one place that it would be inappropriate.
