I was thinking, when school lets out in December and more of my time is freed up, I might apply for the position of 'patient services assistant' at Planned Parenthood of Thousand Oaks. It would be a rewarding, consuming job that would feel like actually making a difference, rather than just making photocopies for a boring officejob all day long. ( Read more... )

I think that job is made for people like you. If I was going to Planned Parenthood, I know that I would want to talk to someone who had really thought about the issue at hand and was there for more than a paycheck. I think you'd kick ass at that.
