Ninety minutes of verging-on-whimpers torture and utter bliss.  I can't wait to see the bruises tomorrow.

LOL... I guess I could have been more clear. Deep tissue shiatsu massage. And there are no bruises. Major muscle burn today, but that's to be expected. :)

Heh... as if I need to pay for happy endings. This was all about beating my shoulder pain into submission.

Y'know what's weird, though? I woke up in the middle of the night to the worst anxiety attack I've had in years, and I had bad dreams the rest of the night. WTF! My only guess is that I didn't drink enough water to flush out all the bad spirits she released from my muscles, and the toxins floating around in my body made me freak out.
