I don't get it. I don't think of myself as a typical girl. In so many ways, I'm not, y'know?
No, really!
I like foosball. Love to drive -- manual transmission, of course. I like gear and gadgets. My power drill, and putting together furniture with it, bring me joy.
So why...
Why am I totally in love...

We are more alike than you know. I didn't know you liked manual transmissions. Did you know when I bought my last car I searched online to find a Toyota Camry with a manual transmission? They're rare. No wimpy automatics for me. I like to have the car move when I stomp the accelerator in a touchy situation. Automatics just whir their engine which isn't much help if someone is about to slam into you.
I love power tools, too. I have a nice little collection. When we need woodworking done around here, I do it. If we need electronics soldering Eric does that with his tiny little tools. Other house repairs are traded off between us.
