...the actual content of the article is considerably less offensive than the title, but seriously... after all the effort gamers went through to get recognition for FemShep - which we finally got, and are thrilled about - this is how we're rewarded? Sniggers

The beautiful thing, in a recent interview with American McGee, was where he said that EA had tried to "sex up" Alice, give her a shorter skirt and bigger boobs. He - and the art department - refused.

Now we just need more developers like that.

I saw a woman who can kick ass and doesn't take shit from anyone especially men. She's competent, capable and smart. She doesn't have to have some cockmonger to handle her problems. Marvelous.

I identify as 'geek' but I get my boyfriend to buy and test both comics and games for me. Cause he gets angry but I get depressed by all the sexist, misogynist, bullcrap out there. But of course his tastes differ a bit from mine, so the games companies and comics publishers miss out on my personal geek dollar.
Props to the developers with balls, as opposed to those perpetually with their junk in their hands.
