She's had 3 and a half years of Lucriezia's knowledge, yes? She should have been able to duplicate the voice by now, given how much Tarvek was able to achieve without that knowledge.

A bit less than three years, but that isn't significant. What would make a difference is that Lunevka's voice (provided by Tarvek) was artificial, and was "tuned" by what looked like a combination of oscilloscope and graphic equalizer. Zola, presumably, would have to use or modify her natural voice.

I suspect that since she's a Mongfish, Zola's natural voice is close enough to Lucrezia's that it contains the proper command harmonics, but we don't know that for sure.
