I could go on and on about the hurricane and the government's pathetic attempt to respond. I hope the press blasts the hell out of them. CNN seems to be doing a good job. The US looks like a bunch of wankers to everyone and I have been continually horrified at what is going on

Art fair? Did you say art fair? How cool! What did you make?

I made a bunch of new necklaces and I tried something new - I took picture frames, covered them in plaster and added embellishments/beads on them and had little word plaques on them, like HOPE, JOY, etc. I thought they were fun.

Didn't sell too much - art fairs are such a hit-or-miss event. For what you pay in the table fees, plus stocking up, then sitting there for two days... BLEH... It isn't worth the work/effort/stress.

I'll try and post some pics on LJ later this week.

Cool! You're right about art fairs. You just never know who's going to show up. I did a few at the county; one was a good turnout, the other I sold almost nothing. Please do post pictures! I'd love to see the frames.
