I am quite a deep sleeper and I need my 7-8 hours of sleep every day. Luckily, my hours at my day job are 12 PM - 8 PM, therefore that is probably the only way I'm able to get that much sleep every night because I am NOT a morning person

I've had something similar happening to me the past two weeks. A person I cut out of my life decided it would be a good idea to start texting and calling me at 4am. I'd call the person back to bitch them out but I'm trying to ignore this particular person completely.

I'm sorry that you have been experiencing crazy calls. It's probably best to ignore the person altogether like you have been doing, but at the same time, you want that to stop. Unfortunately sometimes you have to change your cell # if that person doesn't get the message to leave you alone. If you call your cell phone service provider and tell them that you are being harassed, sometimes they will waive the fee to change your phone #. Good luck, babes.
Great to hear from you, btw! xoxo

BTW, sorry for not getting to hang last time I was in NY, I ran out of time! I'll be out again either first or second week of Sept.

Ah, I'm sorry I missed you last time too! We MUST hang out this time around! Let me know! I hope we can work something out... Matt and I will be out of town Sept. 10-13, btw.
xoxo!

I totally agree with cmidnightsky. Set your alarm for when you want it to go off. Then turn your phone off completely so you won't be woken up by any more crazy ass bitches who decide to harass you. Does your cell phone have this feature?

I checked it out and my cell does in fact have a feature for "alarm only" - I'm totally using that from now on!!

Odd how common that seems to be, though.
And almost considered acceptable behavior.

By the way, if you do want/need to escalate it, the fact that you asked her once and she kept calling means that she is actually harassing you by the legal definition of harassment, so you can call the police/your cell phone company and should get a reasonable and sympathetic response.

Wow, it's been FOREVER, right?! I hope you are doing well!
Thank you so much for the advice. I think I will call my cell phone company and tell them what happened, and see if they can track who it was. Especially if, God forbid, it happens again soon!

There's usually a way to block anonymous numbers... If no one you know uses one, you could always just do that.
