Apparently it doesn't hurt, it's like having your navel pierced and that didn't hurt me. And I think smaller barbells look more nicer on women that big ones.

Yeah I didnt want a big chunky one.....just a small subtle one. I dunno why. Maybe its cuz I have never had an unusual piercing lol

They're cute. I'd have one, but, it's not exactly the right department for me to have one!

Plus, knowing me it'd be something I'd get bored of sitting on my eyebrow. And I won't be able to shape it etc etc.. too much hassel for me! :P

I'll stick with ears and navel. ;) Nipple could be cool, just, it's nothing you can really show off - shame really! lol.

Why not get your tongue pierced instead? It doesn't hurt at all, looks great and hammerizeduk willl be in your debt forever!!

But then I've had my tongue pierced for over 3 years and never liked eyebrow piercings on anybody, so this may just be my opinion... :)

I don't have one but I answered yes to the "does it hurt" poll..

The reason? My friend shaun made me go and hold his hand while he got his done.. He went a yucky shade of pale and though he tried put a brave face on it at the time he later admitted it hurt like hell..

I cringed at how they did it..

I only agreed to go with him on the understanding I could look away.. only a room with mirrors on all four sides does not make that easy *sigh*

I wouldn't have it done.. my friend deeply regrets it too as its now come between him and jobs as some companies can prejudice against piercings especially on the lips/nose/eyebrow.

Out of all the piercings (eyebrow, lip, 8mm ear tunnels, tongue, navel, nostril and both nipples) it hurt the least along with navel which is also pretty painless.

If you want it then go for it but be aware that it is one of the piercings that can eventually migrate (ie: grow out). Also I would advise having it done, initially, with a ring as it's better for healing.

I have my tongue and left nipple pierced, and am getting my belly done again soon (had to be removed for an operation a couple of years ago). Also had my nose done for a while, but I never got on with that. The tongue didn't hurt at all, until it got swollen up, but the nipple hurt like a bitch (was going to get both done, but chickened out!!)

It can look nice but not always. I don't know if it'd suit you, I think you'd have to get it done before I said either way really! Sorry :)
