i got a call from capital one today about some strange charges on my cc. i've been a victim of cc theft! i don't know how the person got my card cuz i'm sitting here staring at it. i wonder if it's from online or irl and what other info they must have on me. so creepy

Capital One is good about calling. When I went to Mexico, I had messages on my answering machine when I came back because they wanted to make sure the purchases were mine.

I'm curious too how they got it though. I had those phishing email scams! Even though most of the time, they're really obvious.
